Naveed Mughal – Founder
Qualified Accountant and holds a Master’s degree from Cardiff University.
Established his own accounting practice in 2018 and has an office in the UK, Dubai and Pakistan. Enjoys travelling, football and cricket in his spare time. Volunteers for an International Disaster Relief Charity.
Listed as one of the “top 10 UK Digital Accountants” in 2020.
Jason Malik – Head of Client Care and Success
Jason head of client care and success, has previously worked for large accounting practice, dealing with integration and practice management. He brings wealth of experience in software’s such as Pixie, Senta and Sales Force and Mailchimp. Jason also oversees compliance and regulatory aspects of the practices such as AML checks and KYC. Jason also helps in forming close working relationships and ensure that customer service targets are met.
Franco Tozza – Sales Director
Franco is a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with over a decade of experience in the umbrella company sector. Specialising in compliance and payroll solutions, Franco has a proven track record of driving sales growth and forging strong client relationships. With an in-depth understanding of the issues around contractor management and tax legislation, he delivers expert guidance to ensure clients operate efficiently and compliantly.
Faheem Lodhi – Head Of Bookkeeping Services
Faheem is a certified bookkeeper with over 13 years experience. He is a Xero Certified Advisor and is an expert in Management Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT Preparation and VAT inquiries. His hobbies include travelling, eating and cricket.
Abdul Salam FCCA – Head of Accounting Services
Abdul is a highly experienced fellow member of chartered certified accountant FCCA and has more than eight years of diverse experience in practice that proves his long-term commitment to the profession and towards clients. He has Xero advisor certification and built his knowledge and strengths in financial reporting, UK taxation, analysis, compliance, system and data analysis. He is good in dealing with Companies House and HMRC matters.
Outside work – Abdul loves food and travelling with family and friends.
Mohammed Asif ACCA – Head Of Service Delivery Dubai
Mohammed is an ACCA Member with 12 Years experience in UK and Dubai accounting/taxation.
He is an expert in Management Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT Preparation, Accounts finalization and Data Migration. He can also provide support to clients in relation to Xero & Quickbooks online accounting software.
He loves outdoor activities, hoteling and cricket.
Muhammad Luqman ACCA – Head of Service Delivery U.K.
Muhammad Luqman is a Chartered Certified Accountant who has experience in working in various fields including compliance, audits and tax. He enjoys working through his client’s problems and ensures he provides thorough and well researched solutions. Luqman is a father of 3 children: a daughter and twin baby boys. When he gets the chance, Luqman enjoys playing badminton and cricket as well as watching tennis and cricket matches. On weekends, he often gives time to charity work. He also loves barbecue and trying new foods
